I’ve spent a while looking for a good hook. I’ve tried cheap and expensive, some good some bad. But the 10/0 reaper is my favorite hook and I got full confidence it won’t fail. Hooks are so sharp it got my 80 pounder in the jaw plate. All I use now.
These are my favorite !!!! Offset circle hooks , huge successful hook up ratio !!!!!!!! Most of my bigger plus 50# fish have been with these !!! Deadly hooks !!!
The hooker reaper catfish hooks are the best on the market. I’ve tried a bunch of them.
I've uses these hooks fir several years now and we like them. I recommend going big for size. My standard go to size is a 8/0, sounds big but there not as massive as you would think. Still catch plenty if 3lb fish off of them. If doing limb lines or bank poles best to go with the heavy duty series. I just ordered 100 more of the 8/0 heavys and went ahead and grabbed 50 of the Davy Jones 10/0 to try. We use them primarily on noodles and limb lines. 8/0 reaper beside a 10 Davy jones.
